Roe Deer
Since last autumn and throughout the whole winter we have had a family of four Roe Deer Capreolus capreolus (N=rådyr) around our house at Midtsandan. This group comprises an adult female and her three calves, all of which are females (does). About a fortnight ago we noticed that they have been joined by a fifth animal, this time a male. Below are photos of the male and one of the females.
